Refund policy

Refund Policy: 14-day guarantee

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products (the date shown on your package tracking) to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete, including the envelope, pouch, accessories, gifts, and labels, in order to allow the product(s) to be resold in new condition. In this context, you are liable.

The product must not have been worn, washed, or damaged, otherwise the refund may be refused.

Any damage to the product may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returns, and the products must be returned using the shipping company we used previously.

All shipments must include a tracking number, which you must provide to our customer service department in the event of a return or exchange request.

In order to prevent abuse of product returns, we have defined separate cases, with corresponding return costs:

If you no longer want the product, if it is incompatible, or if you have changed your mind, you will have to bear the return costs.

In the case of a defective product, we will not ask you to return the product. We undertake to send you a replacement order. If you do not wish to receive a second product, we will ask you to return the package to our reception center address at your expense.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns.

Shipping
All orders are shipped within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays, and are delivered in Irlande within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
